Nexans Ghana hosted 14 of our key residential customers, at a highly successful Customer Day event – an occasion that marked our journey from being business partners to becoming family.
As highlighted by Alexander Quarcoopome, CEO and BU Leader for Nexans Sub-Saharan Africa, in his introduction: “Our goal was to ensure our customers felt valued—not just as clients, but as integral members of the Nexans family.” Rather than a traditional product showcase, the event was designed to deepen our relationships, transforming transactional interactions into meaningful, long-lasting connections.
One of the highlights of the day was a plant tour, giving our customers firsthand insight into our commitment to quality and the premium cables we produce.
We also took the time to honor our customers for their continued support of the Nexans brand. A special recognition was given to Lydlyn Enterprise, our longest-serving distributor, who has been a trusted partner for an incredible 37 years.
